Between Paris and Orléans Massy with shells
First town in this direction
Published on the web, June 30, 2016
«4 years after the inauguration of the bronze shell set at the door of the Massy Tourist Office, the Way of St James is going to be waymarked. The first mark was fixed yesterday.
From the end of the Coulée Verte (a 9 km long park north of Massy) to avenue du Maréchal Juin (Massy-Europe zone), this cultural route will be waymarked with metal signs.
Damien of the Tourist Office, the waymarking team of Compostelle 2000 (the local association) and the City Council, thank you !»

«Well done Tourisme Massy ! And bravo Damien ! Your town becomes a major step on the Santiago route. You inform, you accommodate the pilgrims and you guide them. They will proceed through Champlan, the Orge (local stream) Valley etc. etc. towards Orléans, Tours , Poitiers, Bordeaux, the Paris Way in a nutshell ! » (Jean François)
« It's great, keep going » (Christine)
« Congratulations for this new initiative, things change to help the pilgrims ». (Emilia)
